Oman Air Business Class looks pretty epic, and is rated a 4-star airline on Skytrax. From Sydney they partner with Thai (via Bangkok) and Malaysia Airlines (via Kuala Lumpur). You can choose from the filters on thes results pages.
Oman Air is also joining the OneWorld alliance next year.
Having been to Muscat before, if you’re able to have a few hours to at least go see the 2nd largest carpet/rug in the world, it’s worth the visit, although check the weather because it can get really hot.
