Air New Zealand has just launched its “Double Days” promotion, offering Airpoints™ members a choice between earning Double Status Points or Double Airpoints Dollars™ on eligible flights.
Key Details
- Registration Required: You must register your choice on the promotion page.
- Booking Period: 26 March 2026 – 30 March 2026.
- Travel Period: 13 April 2026 – 20 March 2027.
- Eligibility: Must be an Airpoints™ member and a New Zealand resident.
- Choice: Select either double Status Points OR double Airpoints Dollars (not both).
How to Participate
- Register: Visit the Air New Zealand Double Days page and select your bonus preference.
- Book: Make a new booking for an eligible flight between 26 March and 30 March 2026.
- Add Membership: Ensure your Airpoints number is added to your booking.
- Fly: Travel between 13 April 2026 and 20 March 2027 to receive your bonus.
Eligible Flights
✅ Included:
- Air New Zealand operated flights.
- Qualifying partner airline flights (where Airpoints can be earned).
- Bookings made via airnewzealand.co.nz, grabaseat.co.nz, or through travel agents.
❌ Excluded:
- Existing bookings made before 26 March 2026.

Which Should You Choose?
Choose Double Status Points if:
- You are aiming for Silver, Gold, or Elite status.
- You want to maintain your current tier benefits like lounge access and extra baggage.

Choose Double Airpoints Dollars if:
