From now until 16 June 2023, Qantas is offering its frequent flyer members an enticing opportunity to receive bonus points. When you purchase between 10,000 to 29,000 Top-up Points, Qantas rewards you with a 25% bonus. The bonus gets even better when buying in bulk – acquiring between 30,000 to 150,000 Top-up Points will earn you a massive 50% bonus. Terms and conditions do apply.

Turning Qantas Points into Memorable Experiences

Qantas Top-up Points serve as a way for members who might be short of points for a desired reward to reach their goal sooner. With these additional points, members can make reservations for Classic Flight Reward seats, book a stay at Classic Hotels, or even plan a memorable journey across Australia with a Classic Rail Reward trip.

Understanding the Top-up Points Process

For those interested in taking advantage of Qantas’s Top-up Points, here are some key points to understand:

  • Points are available for purchase in blocks of 1,000
  • The minimum purchase is 1,000 points, and the maximum is 150,000 points per transaction
  • A member can buy Top-up Points up to four times in a 12-month period
  • The cost in dollars for points is subject to change without notice
  • Top-up Points can be bought online using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
  • To purchase points using a JCB or Diners Card, members should contact the Frequent Flyer Service Centre (a service fee of A$35 applies)
  • To buy Top-up Points online, one must have been a Qantas Frequent Flyer member for at least 30 days

Updating and Transferring Points

After purchasing Top-up Points, members need to log out and then log back in to see their updated points balance. Additionally, Qantas provides the facility for members to transfer points to eligible family members, helping them embark on their own adventures.
