Insurance is a competitive industry, and Qantas seems to be offering points for you to at least take a call and consider switching. After completing the form, you’re told “If you take the call, you’ll earn 1000 Qantas Points. No obligation and no pressure.”. No obligation, complete a short form and take a call, and a 1000 Qantas Points. It is on their ‘switch’ page, so not sure if it applies to existing customers or not - possibly, given some questions are about adding types of insurance.
