Jetstar is launching a brand-new route between Sydney and Christchurch, with flights operating in both directions from 26 October 2026. To celebrate, there’s a launch sale with one-way fares starting at AU$229 from Sydney to Christchurch and NZ$219 from Christchurch to Sydney.

The new service connects Sydney directly with the gateway to New Zealand’s South Island - handy for skiing, the Southern Alps, road trips through Canterbury and Otago, and onward connections to Queenstown.

All fares below are one-way starting points. Prices move quickly during a launch sale, so check baggage and payment fees before booking.

Sale ends Saturday at 10am.
