Jetstar is Qantas’ low-cost carrier and flies the widest low-cost domestic network in Australia. These are Starter fares, so the price covers the seat only - add checked baggage, seat selection and meals only if you need them.
About the Destinations
The Weekend Frenzy covers the busy capital city runs plus a good spread of regional Queensland and northern NSW: Ballina Byron, Hervey Bay, the Sunshine Coast, Cairns, Townsville and Darwin, along with both Melbourne airports and both Sydney airports.
Jetstar’s Weekend Frenzy has one-way domestic fares from $40, with Ballina Byron to Sydney the cheapest in both directions. Adelaide to Melbourne (Avalon) is $45 each way, Sydney to the Gold Coast is $55, the Sunshine Coast run is $59, and the Western Sydney fares are $63 to Melbourne and $68 to Brisbane.
Most travel dates fall in August and September 2026, but the Hervey Bay and Western Sydney routes run later - from October 2026 through to the end of June 2027. Every date range and price is listed below.
Sale ends Monday 3 August 2026, unless sold out earlier.
